Dr. Victor Au is a Plastic Surgeon with over 20 years of experience. After graduating with honors at the University of Michigan, Dr. Au received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed a five year General Surgery Residency at the Polyclinic Medical Center in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and a two year Plastic Surgery Residency at Hershey Medical Center, Pennsylvania State University, Pennsylvania. Dr. Au is a member of The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Inc, the North Carolina Medical Society and the North Carolina Society of Plastic Surgeons. He was certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Inc in 1988. In 1994, Dr. Au was honored to be named “Doctor of the Year” by the Alamance Caswell Medical Society, and served as the president of that society in 1995.
Dr. Au’s breadth of skill and training over the past twenty two years has been instrumental in helping his patients achieve their individual goals and objectives. Dr. Au has spent years emphasizing his practice in plastic and reconstructive surgery. He also has significant experience dealing with skin elasticity issues unique to each patient’s situation.
